Washington State needs this kid… and they got him! Tapa will provide help to the defensive line and will be instrumental in taking the Cougars defense to a disruptive level.

Although Washington State found some success rushing quarterbacks in 2013, Tapa will help bring consistency and depth to the line. His name will be called this year I believe, keep an eye out!
