OREGON STATE BEAVERS (RESER STADIUM)
Oregon State is in the process of deciding which way they want to go with Reser Stadium. They last renovated in 2005, which is fairly recent if not for the school 45 miles away in Eugene.
A.D. Bob De Carolis is feeling stuck somewhat between a rock and a hard place, wanting to expand (or more likely renovate) to add to fan experience, but not getting the fan support and budget money necessary to really make a move. This isn’t Oregon, after all, you can’t just call up Phil and get something financed.
That said there have been a few plans that have surfaced but nothing concrete, more probably unofficial renderings of ideas. Those don’t really count on the recruiting trail, but it is what it is and Reser is a pretty decent place for football. If they could get their fans to show up a little more often it sounds like they’d be looking at expansion/renovation right now.
