Washington State’s Deone Bucannon is off the board as of the 27th pick of the 1st round in the 2014 NFL Draft, as the Arizona Cardinals took the safety. “Buc” is the first Cougar since Marcus Trufant in 2003 to be taken in the first round. Twitter lit up immediately around the WSU community and the Cardinals and NFL pundits seem to like the pick too. Let’s begin with Bucannon’s former coach!
