A Safety out of Pasco, Washington. First off Singleton is an amazing talent originally from Tallahassee, Florida. Due to some unfortunate circumstances Deion had to relocate to Pasco but before that had a lot of major offers on the table.

After he relocated however, he somehow fell off the map. What a steal at the perfect time for the Cougs. In need of help in the secondary the Cougars land this amazing talent who I believe see’s playing time as a true freshman and makes an impact this season.
