Zona rocks their patriotic colors in a way that never seems to be either flashy or exciting. Frankly, their uniforms have been forgettable for years.
Vacillating between white and blue helmets in the years where only one team nationwide had two helmets, did not help for recognizablity. Their wildcat logo is fine, but the boring block A (from the 1970s) is worthy of a suburban high school.
The step ahead in originality was a celebration of their state. The Copper State’s land grant school added their copper helmets to the white, blue, and red last season. Ascetically polarizing, but unforgettable. The setting red in their numbers however, just needs to go.
