WSU Vs Oregon: The Ducks Pretty In Pink?
By Josh Davis
So Oregon is going pink on Saturday, “hot pink” if you care about the difference, but it’s pretty obvious we can’t lose this game right? I mean that’s just downright disrespectful!

No, I’m kidding. Of course the pink helmets, socks and shoes are to support breast cancer awareness and all that jazz, it’s just going to look funny on Oregon. I mean the arm bands and gloves weren’t enough? Will the field be pink too? How far will Oregon go?
Ok, ok, so they are doing a cool thing in that 25 of the helmets and/or pieces of gear worn Saturday will be auctioned off to raise money for the Kay Yow Cancer Fund. Of course that charity is devoted to fighting cancer in women and named after former NC State hoops coach, and legend, Kay Yow.
The Oregon website isn’t behind the times either:
My biggest question, though is: How will Oregon coach Mark Helfrich come across on the sidelines when he’s barking at the officials? Will they be able to take him seriously?
