Cincinnati Bengals

Stacked Against the Pick:

Cincinnati is a team that is in need of a few players that will help them be able to get further into the playoffs. I see the Bengals taking a running back first and then working to the defensive side of the ball grabbing a corner then focusing on a linebacker. Long is a player that would be a perfect fit for the Bengals to take in the third or fourth round of the draft as they are in need of a linebacker since they just lost their second leading linebacker Manny Lawson to the Bills because of free agency.

The Perfect Storm:

The Bengals are a team with young unproven linebackers who could use a player like Long who can come in and make a difference right away in both the locker room as well as on the field.  Long is a player who shows a lot of heart and effort when it comes to making plays which could be good for Bengals team that hasn’t been the best the past few years despite making the playoffs. Long can produce when it comes to the field, 61 tackles in 11 games which would help the Bengals greatly when it comes to the defensive side of the ball.

Likelihood of Getting Drafted by Bengals:

B+, The Bengals defense could use a skilled linebacker who could come in and make an immediate improvement to the team.
