Stats: 9 Receptions,  and 68 yards, 1 carry for 0 yards.

What he accomplished in 2012: There has always been a lot of hype around Rickey Galvin since his true freshman season. Paul Wulff always praised him due to his incredible speed, as we all saw last season.

Unfortunately he didn’t accomplish much this season because of another injury. This has a been a rough start for Galvin in his short career. Luckily for him he is 100% healthy heading into Spring Ball which occurs in under 10 days!

He’s still got a possible bright future ahead of him but he can’t afford any other huge injuries or it may cost him big time.

What I expect in 2013: I’m not too sure what to expect, because I still believe that Running Back is a better option for him due to his size. That’s not a big issue for some but it is for me, because the injuries wouldn’t it be better for him to be in the backfield?

I’m not sure but that’s Mike Leach’s decision. He’s definitely going to have to battle for playing time with the other inside receivers but he could flourish in a De’Anthony Thomas type role. I can see him making a impact this upcoming season, but am unsure of how big of an impact.
