L.O.T.D: Snoop Dogg’s Boy Could Be A Bruin? Peyton Pelluer Rises At ESPN
By Josh Davis
So wouldn’t it be great if Snoop Dizzle’s kid played at UCLA? I mean, over the past decade or so, I’ve seen Snoop at every major USC football game and event with a maroon jersey or hoodie, rockin’ USC colors and has been an iconic supporter of all things Trojan. His boy, Cordell Broadus who is a HS sophomore wide receiver, has now been offered a scholarship by the cross-town rival Bruins, which means he could really put his dad in a pickle! I laughed so hard when I saw this and I really hope Cordell makes the decision in 3 years to be a powder blue and cream-sickle.
There’s also another factor at play here as P. Diddy’s (Sean Combs) son Justin Combs is all set to join the Bruin football team as a corner back in 2013 after earning his way into an offer. The Dogg’s and the Diddy’s have been long time friends. Over the past day, Snoop has been on the internet getting the Adidas shots in, just in case his boy is a Bruin I imagine… and he looks so much better! HAHAHA
In Cougar news today, Peyton Pelluer out of Skyline was not ranked when we nabbed a commitment from him last week. ESPN’s Recruiting Nation has him now listed as a 4 star prospect and the 25th ILB in this class. Waiting to see what Rivals and Scout do with him in their updated rankings for this season at but this is definitely worthy of note. This only boosts the Cougars’ class, as they now have two 4 star commits for 2013 in Pelluer and Qb Tyler Bruggman, who is currently rated as the #19 pocket passer by ESPN.
