UCLA vs. Washington, 41-31

UCLA defeated Washington on Friday, 41-31. Bruin linebacker, Myles Jack, scored four touchdowns on the night, totalling 60 yards rushing. Husky running back, Bishop Sankey, scored the highest number in rushing yards for both teams with 91, also scoring a touchdown. UCLA quarterback, Brett Hundley, threw for 159 yards and two touchdowns. Bruin wide receiver, Devin Lucien, totaled 54 yards and touchdown. The win put UCLA at 8-2 overall, 5-2 in conference, leaving the Huskies at 6-4, 3-4 in conference. ESPN reports that UCLA safety, Stan McKay, proposed to his girlfriend after the win, and she accepted.

Saturday, November 16th

WSU vs. Arizona, 24-17

Washington State upset Arizona on Saturday in Tuscon, 24-17. Cougar quarterback, Connor Halliday, led in passing yards with 319, and threw for two touchdowns. River Cracraft scored the winning touchdown. The win put WSU at 5-5, one win away from becoming “bowl eligible”. The loss put Arizona at 6-4 overrall and 3-4 in the conference.

Oregon vs. Utah, 44-21

Oregon beat Utah in Eugene Saturday, 24-17. Marcus Mariota led in passing yards with 288, showing fans his knee injury is nothing he’s worrying about. Utah quarterback, Travis Wilson, never arrived in Eugene due to a concussion related injury, putting Adam Schulz on the field. Duck running back, Byron Marshall reached two touchdowns and 66 rushing yards by the end of the night. Oregon is now 9-1, 6-1 in conference.

Colorado vs. California, 41-24

Colorado defeated California in Boulder on Saturday, 41-24. California’s defeat tallies their ninth consecutive loss this season, and marked the first conference win for Colorado. Buff quarterback, Sefo Liufau, threw for 364 yards and three touchdowns. California running back, Brendan Bigelow, scored two touchdowns and rushed for 107 yards. Colorado is set to play USC at home on Saturday.

USC vs. Stanford, 20-17

USC pulled off a huge upset Saturday against USC, 20-17. A sea of USC fans flooded the field in excitement after the big win. Trojan quarterback, Cody Kessler, threw for a touchdown and 288 yards. Stanford running back, Tyler Gaffney, led in rushing yards with 158 and two touchdowns.Trojan wide receiver, Nelson Agholor, totaled 104 yards on the night. USC faces Colorado Saturday in Boulder.

Arizona State vs. Oregon State, 30-17

Arizona State beat Oregon State in Tempe Saturday, 30-17. Sean Mannion lead the passing stats with 320 yards and two touchdowns. Both team battled throughout the game, until a missed field stopped the Beaver’s momentum. ASU is now 8-2, 6-1 in the conference. The loss left Oregon State at 6-4, 4-3 in the conference. Arizona State is set to take on UCLA Saturday in Pasadena.
