Pac-12 Football: Most Overrated and Underrated

With the season coming up there’s been a lot of talk about where certain players in the Pac12 rank. This is my personal opinion of who has been over rated and under rated as far as these positions go.
Team Quarterbacks:
Over: Jordan Wynn
Under: Jeff Tuel
Running Back:
Over: Cameron Marshall
Under: Curtis McNeal
Team Receiving Corps (include TE):
Over: USC (I mean they’re good, but not as good as people are making them out to be. I’m on board with Robert Woods as “arguably” the best receiver in the conference, but not that Marquise Lee is second best)
Under: Washington State, hands down
Team Secondary (defense):
Over: Oregon
Under: Washington (I think they’ll be improved here)
Team Front 7 (defense):
Over: Stanford (I think this will be shown early)
Under: Utah
