Hey Cougar fans!

I hope you’re all having a wonderful Thanksgiving morning!

Spending time with family is the best remedy for all the stresses life can throw at you. Every Thanksgiving my family and I travel to the west side to visit and get in touch with one another.

We’re all heading over to UW tomorrow for Apple Cup, a tradition of ours for the last couple of years. Driving home from holiday shopping, I got a “Go Cougs!”, making me even more excited for the game. Anything can happen when the Cougs and Huskies take the field.

To bring you an update on Cougar hoops, WSU women’s basketball fell to Brigham Young University 80-73 in Utah, Tuesday. The loss put the Cougs’ record at 3-4 on this young, up and down season. Forward, Sage Romberg, scored 14 points on the night, with nine rebounds (Wsucougars.com). Guards Tia Presley and Lia Galdeira led the team in scoring with 15 points each. BYU is undefeated with a 5-0 record so the ladies put forth a good showing.

Have a great Thanksgiving and be sure to watch the men play Butler today at 11 a.m. on ESPN2, then again sometime in the morning before the Apple Cup game Friday, which begins at 12:30!

Go Cougs!
