1: Pink Feathers Everywhere…

Earlier in the week we learned that Oregon will be supporting breast cancer awareness month with a whole new look this week, that of the pink. With Pink helmets and other equipment being sold to help raise funds, this is a good cause effort by Oregon.

I guess my only question is how far will the Ducks go? Is this going to be a U of O pinkout?

2: Best or Worst Connor…

I think we’re going to see the best of Connor Halliday or the worst of Connor Halliday in this game. There is a very distinct possibility that the Washington State quarterback comes out more focused than ever before, after a week of criticism the likes of which a Cougar signal-caller has not received in a long time.

If he were to come out with a sense of focus, we could have ourselves a ballgame! When the Cougar offense gets moving, it’s nearly impossible to stop.

Of course there’s always the chance that he comes out and plays the worst game of his career too. If that’s the case the 12 day period between today and ASU might feel the longest two week stretch in WSU football history.

3: Will De’Anthony Thomas Play?

De’Anthony Thomas was all set to play last week against Washington, at least in the tabloids he was. Personally I think it was a ploy to give the Huskies something else to prepare for, but who knows.

At any rate he didn’t step on the field for even a single snap. The info has flown more under the radar for this week, probably because they aren’t expecting to need him. I’m expecting him to rest, but from what I understand it’s kind of a game time decision.
