It’s pretty much been determined early this season that the Washington State offense can move the ball at will on many occasions. The thing that most often gets in the way isn’t the defense on the other side, it’s the Cougars themselves. With a conference leading 11 turnovers (on the wrong side of “leading” the Pac), WSU has to in many ways put all blame on themselves for not being 4-0.

The reason WSU is even 3-1? Auburn wasn’t as giving with the football, USC was. The Cardinal don’t figure to be the giving type, they are tied for 3rd in the conference with only 4 giveaways this season. But it’s not like they steal it a whole bunch either, they only have 4 takeaways through three games. By the way, WSU has 8 takeaways in their four games.
