Cougar Football Spring Practice Recap Day 10 – WSU Athletics
In the team session, quarterback Connor Halliday operated the first series. The defense received a “sack” from defensive end Lyman Faoliu but Halliday answered with a long touchdown pass to wide receiver Dominique Williams. The defense came right back with a “sack” from linebackerKache Palacio. A couple plays later saw running back Teondray Caldwell bust through the line for a 10-yard rush.

It was Day 4 of Washington State spring practices and the Cougars’ talented, but young, receivers caught a sudden and severe case of the dropsies.

Pac-12 opponents are likely to find out this coming season, because Palacio, a 6-foot-2, 217-pound sophomore from Gardena, Calif., is making a strong case to see the field quite a bit at the buck linebacker position.
