Klay Thomspon Finishes 6th in R.O.Y. Vote
To be honest, though we hoped beyond a shadow of a hope that Klay would return for this past basketball season to WSU, we all knew he would make the right decision by electing to pass up his senior season. Still because of the lesser media attention in Pullman for basketball, one had to wonder if it would work out the way it should. Well it did! Thanks to plays like the one you see on the right, Klay Thompson finished 6th in the Rookie Of the Year Voting last week. We want to congratulate Klay on a superb first NBA season and wish him much more success in the future. To Golden State: You got a great one!
